What we love about this place?
The villa has a genuinely special feel. Large windows flood every room with natural light and frame the ocean like a painting. The living room is relaxed and full of character, with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a vinyl record player that sets exactly the right tone for a slow holiday morning. Outside, the private pool area is your own little retreat: sun loungers with cushions, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a poolside bathroom, all just steps from the sand.

The space
Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms. Two sea-view rooms share a balcony and bathroom, with the kind of views you want to wake up to every morning. The master bedroom faces the valley side and has its own private en-suite bathroom and balcony, perfect for a little extra peace and privacy.
On the main floor, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a proper stay: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and washing machine. The dining space is light-filled and welcoming, and flows naturally into the living area, making the whole floor feel open, airy, and easy to live in.

What you'll love about the area:
Buarcos sits within Figueira da Foz and has a real, working local character that is increasingly rare on the Portuguese coast. There are family-run tasquinhas serving fresh fish straight from the morning catch, bakeries that open at dawn, and a seafront promenade that locals actually use. Everything you need for a great holiday is within easy reach: a wide sandy beach, saltwater pool, skatepark, football, volleyball and basketball courts, padel courts, mini golf, local shops, and a great selection of restaurants and beach bars. Whether you are here to surf, walk the coast, explore the town, or simply do nothing at all beside the pool, this is the perfect base.

GUESTS
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight.

NOISE & NEIGHBOURS
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. We have neighbours, please be respectful at all times. Parties and events are strictly not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

PETS
Pets are not permitted.

CLEANING & CONDITION
Please leave the villa in a reasonable condition on departure. Dishes should be washed and rubbish placed in the bins provided. Any damage must be reported immediately.

SECURITY
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa. Access codes are personal and must not be shared.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of €375 will be pre-authorised on your credit card on arrival. No charge will be made if the villa is left in good condition. The pre-authorisation is released automatically within 7 days of check-out.
