Spread across multiple levels, the property features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite enjoys its own exclusive lake-view terrace — a privileged corner suspended between sky and water — while two additional queen bedrooms share a stylish bathroom on the main floor. On the lower level, accessible both internally and directly from the garage without stairs, a second spacious living area with kitchenette accompanies the private Balbianello bedroom with en-suite bathroom, offering ideal independence for guests seeking extra privacy.
Bright interiors are enhanced by expansive windows that frame the lake, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
