The check-out time: never had the luxury to check-out at 8PM, and we loved it! We could spend the additional day in the hot tub, at the sauna... so much fun. The location is a dream: perfect if you want peace and quiet but also very close to a ton of activities. The team is truly customer centric and the chat function they had via WhatsApp is phenomenal and supporting different languages
