The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is situated in a unique enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its historic center.

Perched above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, recognized for its crystal-clear waters and blue flag, the villa stands out for its avant-garde architecture and its natural and open design. Its large windows allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from every room, creating a constant connection with the surroundings.

In addition, it is possible to enjoy a 37-foot catamaran and large areas for sunbathing, ideal for spending the afternoon with family or friends in the beautiful bay of La Herradura or in small coves on the coastline accessible only by sea.

This elegant villa, southeast-facing, offers 320 m² distributed over several floors, designed to provide comfort, privacy and unparalleled views of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the main floor there is a spacious open-concept area that connects the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. From this floor there is direct access to a terrace with infinity pool, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the sun in total privacy.

The first floor houses the master bedroom, equipped with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. From this room there is access to a pergola-covered terrace with jacuzzi for four people, from where you can enjoy impressive sea views.

On this same floor there is a second bedroom with queen size bed, en suite bathroom, views of the Mediterranean and direct access to the terrace.

The lower floor has two spacious guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Both share a full bathroom and have access to a private 10 m² terrace, offering an additional outdoor space to enjoy in peace.

Almuñécar, jewel of the Costa Tropical, combines history, beach and Andalusian charm. This picturesque coastal town offers a privileged climate all year round, beaches with crystal-clear waters and an old town with cobbled streets and Roman remains.

Only 45 minutes from the city of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra with its palaces and gardens, as well as the Generalife and Albaicín.

You can also enjoy between November and May the incredible ski slopes of Sierra Nevada only 1 hour and a half from the accommodation.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the visitors' details.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required and is charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided that no damages or incidents have been detected in the property.

We accept pets as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous and limited to one pet per property. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.
