I submitted a booking request for this property but never completed the reservation no payment was made, no check-in occurred, and there was zero communication confirming a stay. Despite that, I was still pursued for full payment as if I had actually stayed at the property.Let’s be clear: a request is not a confirmed reservation. If a booking is not completed and paid for, there is no stay to charge for. Attempting to collect full payment under these circumstances is unreasonable and reflects poorly on the management process.I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and ensure they fully understand how this host handles booking requests before engaging. This experience was both frustrating and unnecessary.Even though they are requesting a full payment I WILL NOT make one since I did not stay at their unit. I’ve cancelled my card just in case they try to pursue payments. I can understand if I booked and did not show up.. but I did not book, pay, or stay.
