A great place in the heart of the town that allows you to enjoy the sweet summer nights from your terrace! Modernly equipped,with bohemian influences will immediately make you feel at home!
Areti Residence is located on the top floor of a family-run building,offering unique views of the sea and the city marina,as well as a panoramic view of the surrounding area.The superb 30sqm terrace has different relaxation corners where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in complete privacy. The apartment is 52sqm fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is on the 5th floor of the building (the elevator goes up to the 4th) and has its own parking space.

The Location
Areti Residence is located in the best part of town, only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the Old Town, where many attractions can be found, and a 3-minute walk from Rethymno's sandy beach. A bakery, supermarket, café and restaurants are only 100 metres away.
