Villa Sunny Grande is a luxurious holiday Villa, with a solar heated pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa, Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Layout
Villa Grande features a small private garden with a pool, It is air-conditioned throughout and accommodates 6 - 7 guests, in two double bedroom and a twin. The Master bedroom is set on the main floor and boasts an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, the second is on the upper level, with the twin bedroom located in the open-air loft, both sharing a bathroom.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporarily designed living room, boasting a feature fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.
The three levels are joined via an interior staircase all enjoying stunning views of the open sea.

Pool and gardens
The sparkling solar pool (heated extra on request) is located on the ground floor, it is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby exterior dining space.
A further heated Indoor Pool is also available (charges apply)
