Our Villa, Xenia and Akis is magnificent coastal villa, a symphony of space, light, and natural beauty, where the essence of relaxation and luxury intertwine harmoniously. Set amidst lush gardens and commanding breathtaking sea views from its large verandas, this enchanting retreat offers a truly idyllic escape just a leisurely 3-minute stroll from the golden sands of the beach.
As you step through the inviting entrance, the villa's spacius of space greets you with open arms, beckoning you to embrace its warm embrace. Crafted predominantly from wood, the interior exudes a rustic charm that perfectly complements the coastal surroundings while creating an atmosphere of cozy sophistication.
Natural light cascades through large windows, illuminating the interiors and infusing every corner with a radiant glow. The spacious living areas are thoughtfully arranged, inviting you to unwind, socialize, and revel in the joys of shared moments with family and friends. Sink into the comfort sofas, enjoy conversations by the fireplace, or simply bask in the calming ambiance of the villa's soul-soothing design.
The villa boasts three attractively furnished bedrooms each providing a sanctuary of comfort and privacy and one 30sqm studio apartment elegantly furnished with small kitchen and its own private bathroom. Wake up to the gentle caress of the morning sun as it paints the sea with golden hues, and let the symphony of waves serenade you into a peaceful slumber each night. With ample space for up to eight guests, the villa ensures that everyone enjoys a restful and rejuvenating stay.

The villa is situated in Vravrona, Markopoulo Mesogaias, Attica, 20 km
away from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos and 45 km from
the center of Athens.Only 300 meters away from the villa is the The Temple of Artemis Brauron and Archaeological Museum of Brauron. A sandy beach with the shallow water is
only 100 meters away from the villa, one mini market you find near to the
beach and 200 meters from the villa you can find a traditional fish tavern
to have your lunch/dinner. A further down from the taverna is another
restaurant (NISSOS) located on the top of the rocks with an amazing view ,
crystal clear water and another amazing beach which makes you feel you are
on an island .
The summer resort of Porto Rafti is 5 km further on from the villa and
there you can find many shops, bars, restaurants and super markets. Also
need to know that the famous Archaeological Museum of Vravrona is only 200 meters away
and a lot of wood!
