Park and sea view Villa 2 sounds like a dream retreat! With its lush garden and private pool, it offers a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The Villa considers two levels.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living creating a seamless flow, ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. The comfortable sofa adds to the inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. It also has its own bathroom with a shower.

On the upper level, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers two single beds, also equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation offers several amenities for a comfortable stay, including free linen and towels, complimentary WiFi access, and parking on the public road. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning system for personalized comfort. Guests also have access to a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, and a hairdryer for added convenience.
In the kitchen, guests will find a refrigerator along with various appliances such as a squeezer, an electric coffee pot, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine and frappe maker.
Outside, the patio is furnished with outdoor dining furniture, including a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals. Additionally, sunbeds with umbrellas are available next to the pool for relaxation and soaking up the sun.The pool is built according to the Greek National Tourism Organization parents have the full responsibility to supervise their children. Children under 12 years old are forbidden to use the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult. Diving is forbidden.
