Very spacious 2-storey modern neoclassical house in one of the most popular Athenean neighborhoods. The terrace offers a stunning view of the Acropolis, Ancient Agora and Lycabettus Hill.

Short stroll to the Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Agora, Philopappou Hill, Temple of Hephaestus, Herodion Atticus Theater. Also within walking distance to the famous Monastiraki Market and Syntagma square with many tavernas and cafes nearby. Very close to Koukaki, Petralona and Makrygianni neighborhoods that attract locals and tourists because they offer a variety of bustling restaurants and wine bars.

Please note that Apostolou Pavlou Street is a pedestrian street away from the hustle and bustle of Athenian streets. It is one of the most popular pedestrian streets in the city of Athens.

Walking distance to Syntagma square (city center). 5’ min walk to Thissio metro station.
Parking is not allowed on the pedestrian street where the house is located, but it is allowed at the side streets, which are within 1’ walking distance.

Please note that there are two staircases (one which is leading to the apartment and the second one inside the apartment leading to the bedrooms) and no elevator.

Elegant, Delightful, Cool & Groovy House

I felt right at home in this house built in the late 19th century. Tall ceilings, space to spread out, tables to gather around, secret balconies, tucked-away bedrooms all cooled by a/c, so necessary when Athens is hot.
