The Drover’s Den is a spacious two-bedroom apartment seamlessly blending the classic with the contemporary. Offering spellbinding views over the stunning Loch Lochy in the Great Glen, Drover’s Den is the perfect bolthole from which to explore the Scottish Highlands.. Set over two floors, this property enjoys an open plan dining/kitchen/living area downstairs, with a large bay window to take in the uninterrupted views outside.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to rustle up your favourite meal, and the dining area offers the perfect space to do a spot of entertaining with your nearest and dearest.
The electric wood burner in the sitting area adds to the warmth and ambiance of the room, and is perfect to snuggle up to with a glass of wine or your favourite book when the weather is changeable.
Moving upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower. The further bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a kingsize bed (on request). There is also a further shower room with a walk-in shower next door to the twin bedroom.
The Drover’s Den is in a prime location to enjoy some of Scotland’s most popular tourist attractions.
Fort William is under half an hour’s drive away and is known as the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’. Scotland’s highest mountain Ben Nevis is found here and there is a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy.
A very popular experience is the Harry Potter Steam Train which takes you over the famous Harry Potter bridge (Glenfinnan Viaduct) and finishes up in the quaint fishing town of Mallaig. This area is known for its spectacular white-sand beaches.
In the opposite direction of Fort William, you can visit the famous Loch Ness, take a day trip to Skye or go for some adventures with ‘Monster Outdoor’ for your adrenaline fix.
