Villa Eliara is an intimate and elegant sanctuary located within a beautifully curated complex in the tranquil village of Emporeio, where Cycladic architecture meets modern comfort. Accommodating up to five guests, Villa Eliara unfolds across approximately 60 square metres of thoughtfully designed interior space. The layout includes a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second queen-size bed positioned within the open-plan living area, and two single beds set on a mezzanine level, creating a flexible and welcoming environment without compromising comfort or aesthetics. Soft tones, clean lines and traditional architectural elements contribute to a calming atmosphere that is perfectly suited for unwinding after a day exploring the island.



The villa features a fully equipped kitchenette suitable for light meal preparation, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and essential kitchenware. The contemporary Cycladic-style bathroom is fitted with a rainfall shower and includes complimentary toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. Additional amenities include air conditioning, soundproofing, flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, safety deposit box, heating and a private entrance, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.



Outdoors, a spacious private veranda of approximately 40 square metres serves as the villa’s defining feature. Here, an outdoor hot tub offers a secluded setting for relaxation while enjoying open views of the Santorinian landscape and the sea. Villa Eliara is offered on a self-catered basis and does not include live-in staff. Housekeeping services, where applicable, are provided in line with the standard arrangements of the complex. Use of the outdoor hot tub is included in the rental rate. Any required security deposit, local government taxes or additional charges will be clearly communicated prior to arrival and are payable according to the agreed booking terms. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
