Arranged over two spacious levels and offering approximately 215 square metres of living space, Villa Calidra comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across five generous double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a dining space and television, alongside three en-suite bedrooms, all enjoying direct access to the outdoor terrace and private swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample preparation space and everything required for extended stays, from cookware and tableware to a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee facilities.
The upper floor hosts the master bedroom and a further en-suite bedroom, both opening onto private terraces with open views across the sea, pool and surrounding landscape. Outdoors, the villa continues to impress with a private pool, sun loungers, shaded dining area and relaxed seating, creating an inviting setting for long summer days and evenings spent dining al fresco.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite television, soundproofing, safety deposit box, high-quality linens and towels, bathrobes and toiletries, as well as family-friendly amenities such as a children’s high chair and child safety features. Access to the upper floor is via stairs only.
There are no permanent on-site staff at Villa Calidra, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay; however, assistance can be arranged locally upon request. A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival to cover any potential damages and will be returned after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection. Any additional services such as extra housekeeping, private chef arrangements, transfers or pool heating, if requested and available, are charged locally at an extra cost and are not included in the rental rate.
