The open-plan living area seamlessly combines the lounge and kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. A dining area provides the perfect spot for shared meals and conversations.

The home features four inviting bedrooms: two with plush double beds for a restful night’s sleep, and two with single beds, including one suite with a private shower for added comfort. Fresh linens are provided to ensure a pleasant stay.

There are two additional bathrooms, both fitted with bathtubs, offering a soothing retreat after a day of exploration.

Step outside to the private patio and unwind with a good book or enjoy a BBQ under the stars. The lush garden provide a serene escape, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A peaceful and charming apartment in Aflitos, Fenais da Luz, on São Miguel Island. Guests are close to the stunning north-coast beaches, natural swimming pools, and scenic walking trails. With easy access to Ponta Delgada and the island’s volcanic landscapes, waterfalls, and viewpoints, it’s an ideal base for enjoying the Azores’ nature, coastal beauty, and relaxed island lifestyle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest public transport options are bus services from Fenais da Luz to Ponta Delgada, such as the 210 bus, which can take you to the city centre in about 25–30 minutes (operated by Auto Viação Micaelense).

There is no train station on São Miguel Island — the main public transit within the area is buses and taxis.

Ponta Delgada–João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
