This lovely bungalow is approximately 50 m² and offers a beautiful partial view of the Klein-Pritzer-See lake. The enclosed garden surrounds your holiday home, spanning a generous 100 m². Here you'll find privacy, peace and quiet, and plenty of space amidst nature. A covered terrace leads to the bungalow, which you enter from the front, leading into the combined living and kitchen area, designed in the American style. The bright, conservatory-style kitchen features a stylish and functional fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and ample cookware, cutlery, and dishes. A dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together, and a small LED TV provides evening entertainment. From here, you can access the first bedroom, which has access to the bathroom, and the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be arranged together or separately. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and a separate toilet. Here, it's not just the comfort that impresses, but also the truly magnificent location. Klein-Pritzer-See lake is only about 50 meters away. There you'll find a public bathing area with a jetty, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the water. For avid anglers, there's also a separate boat dock.
