Lungomare Jonio by Casa di Marco

Located in Lido Conchiglia (one of Gallipoli's harbours), the “Lungomare Ionio” apartment in Casa di Marco is an excellent solution for those who want to experience the sea at any time of the day. It is located in front of the beach and consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a kitchen room equipped with an oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and a sofa bed.

The strong point of this very bright apartment is undoubtedly the spacious balcony that offers a beautiful sea view and from which you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets and is equipped with table and chairs.
Its position is strategic because it is only a few steps away from the beach, both free and equipped, and only 5 minutes on foot to reach the cliff.
The apartment has been tastefully renovated and enjoys all the comforts: air conditioning in every room, washing machine, large windows with mosquito nets and shutters, awning, TV and wifi.
During the renovation, quality materials were chosen that give the house a particularly refined appearance. The choice of furnishings is also careful, including the paintings that are created by local artists.
In the vicinity of the apartment there are several pizzerias, typical restaurants, bars, tobacco shops, markets and pharmacies.
Included in the price of utilities, cleaning, linen and wi-fi. The apartment is equipped with the Energy Saver system, a security system based on a flash drive that interrupts the air conditioning when you are not at home.
Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
