This bright 35m² studio offers natural light, a Juliet balcony overlooking a typical Lisbon street, and the comfort of air conditioning. It's a welcoming base for guests who want to experience the city from the inside out.

Compact and thoughtfully arranged, it’s ideal for one or two travelers who plan to spend their days exploring and return to a cozy space to unwind.

- Living & Sleeping Area

The studio follows an open layout where living and sleeping blend naturally. During the day, it’s a relaxed lounge filled with light and warm wooden floors. In the evening, the sofa converts into a comfortable bed, enhanced with an extra mattress for added support.

Large French doors bring in natural light and open onto a Juliet balcony, perfect for letting the city air in and enjoying a glimpse of daily life in Alfama.

Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year, and the flat-screen TV offers both cable channels and streaming apps for quiet evenings indoors.

- Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen is set in a separate area, fully equipped for simple home cooking. Whether it’s coffee before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a long walk through the neighborhood, the space is practical and inviting.

The bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower. Soap, shampoo and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Alfama is Lisbon’s oldest and most character-filled neighborhood - a maze of narrow streets, tiled facades and viewpoints overlooking the Tagus River. Here, life happens at street level. You’ll find traditional restaurants, small local cafés, Fado houses and family-run shops just steps from the apartment.

During the day, the area feels authentic and vibrant, with visitors exploring the historic streets and locals going about their routines. In the evenings, the atmosphere becomes lively, especially near restaurants and Fado venues. In June, the neighborhood celebrates Santos Populares, one of Lisbon’s most iconic festivities, filling the streets with music and tradition.

Staying here means choosing to experience Lisbon’s historic soul, central, atmospheric and full of local life.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk (around 290 meters) from Santa Apolónia metro and train station, making it easy to reach from the airport or other parts of Lisbon. From here, you have direct metro access as well as national and regional train connections.

Several bus lines also operate nearby, and the historic Tram 28 passes through Alfama, offering a scenic way to explore the city.

Given the neighborhood’s narrow streets and limited access, parking in the area is very limited and subject to availability. We recommend using public transport or walking - many of Lisbon’s main attractions, viewpoints and the riverfront are within easy reach on foot.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
