Beautiful, bright, art-filled Nob Hill house two blocks from restaurant row

This house is full of sunlight, with huge south facing windows. It is tastefully furnished, and all of the walls are covered in original local art. Gas fireplace, three cable TVs, washer & dryer, bright well stocked kitchen, large dual head master bedroom shower. Stunning city and mountain views. Two short blocks to over 20 restaurants on central ave, but in a quiet tree filled neighborhood. Internet, off-street parking for four cars, private side yard and deck. Separate sun room filled with light and plants. Tasteful lighting, large dining room table, great for entertaining. This is a new property, all of the furniture, linens etc are new. The owner lives in a separate basement apartment with separate entrance, parking, etc. The only shared area is the washer dryer on the lower level. This house is in the heart of one of Albuquerque's finest neighborhoods.

Clean, updated and spacious enough for multiple families!

We traveled to Abq for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta and also a family wedding. We loved this rental for the open spaces, variety of unique art and recently remodeled upgrades. Our party included 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. This place is in a nice location. My only recommendation for the owner is to fix a couple creaky doors with some WD-40.

My family of 5 stayed at this property for a week and were very happy with our stay. We really love the Nob Hill area where restaurants, stores and transportation is easily accessible. The house is clean, spacious and full of artwork to enjoy. I would recommend if you are a foodie who enjoys cooking pack your knives and other small speciality items you regularly use. John was responsive but left us alone to enjoy the great property! Worked well for us with baby and toddler because super clean house with no clutter, art on walls was great, very updated interior, overall awesome. Right off of Central made for great location!

Plenty of space and great location. Fascinating art work.

We loved the amount of space. The art work was beautiful. Layout was simple, clean and spacious. Location was great. It is close to museums, parks, old town, casino and restaurants. We were able to see all of this because of the closer proximity. This place is in a good location of you want to venture around Albuquerque and comfortable enough to enjoy a day inside. Our only complaint would be more of a recommendation. We cooked at least once a day, I would have appreciated having essential condiments like salt and pepper etc.

Wonderful Home - Highly Recommended

This is a beautiful VRBO property. So close to so many fun things in Albuquerque's Nob Hill / University District. Starbucks is three minutes away. Very quiet location, three big screen 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs onsite, just login to your own Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon Prime account, plus local Live Cable TV in the main room. Everything is brand new. Gas fireplace. Sunroom. Resort style shower. Lots of pillows on all three comfy beds. Clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, roomy, and warm home

We loved our stay in this house. We had two families -- 4 adults and 3 teenage boys and everyone had plenty of space. We walked to Central Avenue for shopping and restaurants and the boys walked to UNM to play basketball. We were very warm (it was cold out) and the house really had everything we needed. Furniture and linens are new, three TVs, and the fireplace is a nice touch. The sun room provided great viewing of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The only thing we wanted were larger coffee mugs! We highly recommend this home for its convenient location, charm and how well it was kept.

Nice place, great Nob Hill location, with parking.

Great location in Nob Hill area; walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. This is an open, roomy place and the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were all very nice, with good linens and comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen is adequately stocked; seems like a very new rental, some items still in packaging, a few handles needed adjustments. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably. The owner lives downstairs.

Very nice!

First of all, the location was great. Easy and close access to the interstate. We could walk to the coffee shop in the morning. The Nob Hill area has nice restaurants and unique shopping. The house is very nice and open with lots of light and beautiful art. There was plenty of room for our family to gather. The neighborhood felt safe with established, well-kept homes around. This will be our "go-to" place the next time we gather in Albuquerque!
