Perfect ! Comfy beds. Nice thick towels. Well equipped kitchen. The location was great for getting to the Balloon Fiesta. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend.
The house was beautiful and clean, in a good neighborhood and close to groceries, restaurants university stadium, and Old Town.
Game room upstairs was great. The host was easily contacted and very helpful.
It was very clean and cozy. Perfect layout for family or couples since it has 2 kings and a queen. Game room was awesome for the kids and adults. We will most likely be back!
This home was beautifully decorated. It was clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Close to what we wanted to see. Easy check in and the owner was quick to respond to us. If we are in Albuquerque again, we would definitely stay here.
Stay was great and Sean the property manager was very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately VRBO’s website was down for quite some time and made checking in quite a challenge (no fault of Sean’s). We were able to do a workaround and get checked in without to much of a delay.
The property has been recently remodeled and is in terrific shape. The home is extremely clean and well kept. The arcade games were a fun addition along with the foosball. Linens, bed, and pillows were an excellent addition.
Only 4 stars for the check-in process. Check-in instructions were provided the afternoon of the day for check in. I prefer to have all instructions before traveling so I do not have to monitor my phone while navigating unknown/new locations. Check-out was a breeze with less tasks than other VRBO locations.
We were in town for the State Fair and needed to stay somewhere close to the Expo center. I was initially worried about the location because the Expo is not in the best part of town but this house was perfect. Far enough to be safe but still close enough to be convenient. The decor is beautiful, everything is neat and tidy, and the beds/pillows were all comfortable. I greatly appreciated the coffee maker and my kids loved the game room. It’s close to grocery stores which is important for a family of 6. Communication with the property manager was great, very quick and responsive. We will definitely be returning for future fairs and events.
