One story charming home, comfortable, safe and quiet area. Large windows for natural light yet private. Home built in 1940's. Foothill trails of Mount Diablo 1 mile away. 15 minute walk to downtown WC with many restaurants, easy grocery and other shopping 20 minute walk to WC BART (bus to BART is also available) 1/3 acre lot surrounds home with veggie garden and restful, Japanese influenced landscaping. Owners are friendly couple in early 50's working from home w/child away at college. Many family members are in academia and we welcome you to contact us for more details. Room has large built-in bookcases, closet and storage. Furnished with futon with pillowtop feather mattress on wood frame computer desk, sofa and vintage upright piano. Please note there is not a television in this room - we do have great WiFi.
