The villa’s interiors are spacious, bright and designed to ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay. The living area welcomes guests with a comfortable lounge featuring a dining area, TV and sofa bed, ideal for sharing relaxing moments after a day by the sea.

The large, well-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals independently and includes a small oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the utensils needed to cook lunches and dinners at home. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom complete with both shower and bathtub, and one twin bedroom with two single beds. Guests also have access to a second bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to ensure comfort and convenience, even during longer stays.

Outdoors, the villa truly expresses its relaxing and welcoming character. Two furnished porches allow guests to fully enjoy the open-air spaces: one is dedicated to outdoor dining, with a table ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners together; the other, furnished with outdoor sofas and armchairs, is perfect for moments of peace and relaxation.

The property is completed by a barbecue, a large garden with shaded areas, private on-site parking and, above all, a private swimming pool — the villa’s real highlight — perfect for cooling off and enjoying the holiday in complete tranquility.

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €400 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable. In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival. The property is professionally managed by a specialized company on behalf of the owner.
