This well-maintained holiday home from 1972 provides a comfortable and functional setting for your stay. The house offers three bedrooms with a total of five sleeping places, as well as a separate annex accommodating two guests, making it suitable for families or couples seeking extra privacy. With 73 m² of living space and a 15 m² annex, there is plenty of room without it feeling large. The interior is practical and includes a bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, internet and TV. A heat pump and wood-burning stove ensure comfort throughout the year.
Outdoor living is a key feature. The large covered terrace acts as an additional living area, and the outdoor kitchen invites you to enjoy long summer evenings cooking under the open sky. The garden offers space for relaxation, and pets are not allowed, contributing to a clean and quiet environment.
