The space:

The 46 m2 apartment is located on the first upper floor of a multi-part house. After a long day in the World Heritage City of Salzburg, you can retreat here.

As you enter, you'll find yourself in the cozy dining area, which connects to the open kitchen. This is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery (retro) and a fridge with icebox.

The bathroom is also fully equipped with shower, toilet, washer-dryer and towel warmer. Towels and supplies are provided.

The living area invites you to relax on the sofa bed in one of the many existing books (IT-Nerd-Heaven) or end the evening in front of the TV.

The enclosed balcony can be used as a home office. In the light-flooded room, equipped with a spacious desk, external monitor, printer and scanner, the "paperwork" becomes a pleasure.

In the bedroom you will find a large built-in wardrobe, a comfortable 160m wide bed, as well as a smart TV. Due to the east orientation, the sun greets you every morning. Since the house is directly adjacent to a school sports facility, no buildings disturb when looking into the countryside and the mountains.
