The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house has a generous living area of 250 square meters, divided into seven well-appointed bedrooms. Four bedrooms have double beds, two with four bunk beds each and one with two single beds, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable sleeping experience. There is room for a total of 18 people, making it perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends.



The house's spacious pool area features a 32 square meter swimming pool with an attached water slide, making it a hit with the kids.



In the holiday home you will find three modern bathrooms, each with a toilet, shower and underfloor heating, so you can enjoy warmth and comfort, even on the coldest days.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a wine fridge to store your favorite wines. In addition, there is a freezer with a capacity of 80 liters, so you can store food for the whole group. The kitchen is open and inviting, making it a perfect place to gather around the kitchen.



Entertainment is not in short supply here! The house has a television with both Danish and German TV as well as Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite programs. Wireless internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected if necessary.
