One of the bedrooms is located on the upper floor, providing extra privacy and access to an independent WC, which, while not ensuite, can function conveniently as such for guests.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and stove, making it perfect for preparing meals with loved ones. Enjoy dining indoors at the six-person table or outside on the terrace, surrounded by peaceful views. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole appartment and all outdoor spaces.

The entire property plus the apartment amenities are included in the rental cost.

If the guest wishes to use the outside bbq, the extra carbon has an extra charge.

There is also free parking for one car in the garage.

Guests shall be respectful of the property and furniture and leave the house in a good condition so all future guests can enjoy it.

Scheduled house cleaning may take place during your stay.
