Welcome to our newly built retreat, the perfect choice to meet all your needs!
What makes our apartments different? They were designed with the Passive House concept in mind, ensuring high thermal comfort and indoor air quality. Our building features a level of insulation that’s twice the standard in Porto’s construction, with specially designed windows that isolate temperature and protect against outside noise, along with extra insulation in floors, walls, and ceilings.

While the apartment is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort during temperature peaks, you’ll find you won’t even need to use it, as it’s complemented by an efficient VMC (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) system, which provides continuous airflow to renew the air, eliminating humidity and ensuring a pleasant and constant temperature.
Equipped with all the appliances you might need, such as a dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and others, you’ll have everything you could desire.

The apartment is divided as follows:
● Living Room: Cozy and modern, with a dining table, sofa bed for added flexibility, TV, and elegant décor.
