The apartment boasts a shared swimming pool measuring 11x6 metres, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days or for moments of pure relaxation. The private outdoor garden, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, offers a perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining and convivial moments.



The interiors are carefully designed down to the smallest details, with two bedrooms, which include a queen-size double bed and two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped American kitchen, equipped with all comforts: refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster and a complete range of crockery and kitchen utensils.



The climate is always perfect thanks to the air conditioning and heat pump heating system. WiFi is available throughout the apartment, while the TV ensures entertainment during moments of relaxation.
