A thatched luxury recreational farmhouse suitable for up to 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, cosy living room with a loft and a luxurious open kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. The living room is spacious and light thanks to the many windows and is equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms on the ground floor also have air conditioning. There is a television and, of course, free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the farmhouse. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, combination microwave, spacious fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is a luxurious bathroom with a shower, two washbasins, a toilet and a bathtub. In a separate room, there is a washing machine and dryer that you can use for all your laundry. In the same room, there is a heat pump boiler that uses heat pump technology to extract heat from the ambient air and use it to heat (tap) water. A sustainable and environmentally conscious way to produce hot water. A fixed staircase provides access to the first floor with a spacious bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom (toilet, washbasin and shower). You can enjoy the ultimate holiday feeling on a spacious terrace with luxurious garden furniture. The garden overlooks an attractive pond. There is private parking for 2 cars.
