This holiday home is located in the quiet and scenic area near Nr. Lyngvig Lighthouse. At the same time, it is only approx. 5 km to Hvide Sande and 8 km to Søndervig, where you will find cozy restaurants and great shopping opportunities. The area also offers excellent fishing possibilities.
From the house, it is only 150 meters to the beautiful natural area with heath and dunes, and from there a short distance to the sea. The area features a well-developed trail system, perfect for walking and cycling – including the North Sea Cycle Route (EuroVelo 12), which runs through the stunning dune landscape.
The house has a large southwest-facing terrace surrounded by mountain pines, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day.
Inside, the house is bright and welcoming. The ground floor includes a bedroom, bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area ideal for relaxation and togetherness. The first floor offers another bedroom and an additional cozy living room, perfect for quiet moments or for children to keep their toys out.
The large plot, in addition to the many beautiful mountain pines, provides sheltered spots throughout. There is also a lawn suitable for games and sports, as well as a swing set and a small sandbox.
