I never have been treated like this before. I had a paid reservation for four nights. I called about 4 PM to say we were running late... response: "No problem." I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Two other customers arriving after me faced the same dilemma. Warning: avoid this establishment like the plague!
