We did not stay! We were unable to check in because no one was there when we arrived and no check in instructions gave specific information. When chatting, tried to follow instructions given to cancel, but the app wouldn’t allow me to. I was told to reach out to the host. The host didn’t reach out. The card was charged for the stay for the full amount. We have not heard back about a refund.

We couldn’t even check in! Attempts to contact via phone, email and chat produced nothing . Was told to cancel on the app, but was unable. They still charged my card for the stay. I don’t write bad reviews, but I couldn’t let this one slide.
