This is a well equipped spacious 3 bedroom duplex, first line to the beautiful beach of Mojacar, only minutes walk from the popular Parque Commercial shopping centre and several bars and restaurants.
This property boasts A/C in the lounge and all bedrooms.
There is a huge inviting communal pool and on street parking.
From the entrance to the left is the well equipped kitchen area, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer, there is also a large dining table suitable for 6 persons.
The spacious lounge has a modern flat screen TV (with UK terrestrial TV channels) and has been furnished with the highest quality Italian furniture and marble flooring.
There is a shower room at this ground floor level. The stairs lead to the master bedroom with double bed and a secondary elevated terrace with beautiful views of the pool. There is a further double bedroom, twin room and main bathroom.
This property is perfect for people watching, or sipping a glass of something nice whilst looking out on to the pool and garden area.
