Stay in a brand new luxury villa with a private swimming pool in the center of Lovina, just 200 meters from the beach. With 5 bedrooms and daily staff, this is the perfect place for families and groups of up to 10 people.

Villa Dolphin combines luxury, comfort and a warm Balinese atmosphere with a clean and modern design. Here you can enjoy space, privacy and complete relaxation, while everything Lovina has to offer is within walking distance.

The villa can be rented as a whole or per room, depending on your preference.

The space
Villa Dolphin is a brand new villa that offers a sense of peace, space and luxury. The use of light colors, natural materials and warm wood creates a modern yet inviting atmosphere with a subtle Balinese touch.

The villa is spacious and built around the private swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The open living area with a lounge corner and large dining table is the heart of the villa and the perfect place to relax, dine and spend time together. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator and gas stove. Ideal if you like to cook yourself, but also perfect when the staff prepares meals for you.

The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a private bathroom and plenty of comfort and privacy. The rooms are stylishly furnished with comfortable beds, natural materials and a calm atmosphere.

The master suite is a true highlight. This very spacious 90m² room includes a dressing area, a private terrace with lounge seating and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and walk in shower.

All bathrooms are modern and equipped with double sinks, a walk in shower and toilet.

Outside you will find the private swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, beanbags and a comfortable bale benong. The layout of the villa ensures a high level of privacy and a cozy, intimate atmosphere.

Staff & service
During your stay, friendly and helpful staff are available 6 days a week.

Two staff members take care of cleaning and maintenance and can prepare delicious meals for you. A security guard is present, and the local helpdesk can assist with arranging transportation or any other requests during your stay.

Staff services and meal preparation are included, only groceries are at your own expense.

Guest access
The villa can be rented either entirely or per room. When you rent the full villa, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and will not share it with other guests.

If you choose to book a room, you will have a private bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The living room, kitchen, dining area and swimming pool will be shared with other guests if applicable.

Villa Dolphin is located in the center of Lovina, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all nearby.

The rate includes all costs:

• gas and water consumption
• taxes including 10 percent rental tax
• household staff and cook
• gardener

• helpdesk
• use of towels and bed linen
• use of the washing machine
• free Wi Fi internet

Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package including the first dinner and breakfast after arrival for stays of 7 nights or longer.

Additional services:
• For your convenience, the staff can handle all groceries. You can give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or local market. A small transportation fee of 20,000 IDR applies.
• We can arrange transport from the airport in Denpasar or another location in Bali. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortably to the villa. The cost is 750,000 IDR for up to 4 people or 1,400,000 IDR for up to 10 people. This is not included and can be paid directly to the driver upon arrival.
• Check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 unless otherwise agreed.
• An information guide is available in the villa with important phone numbers, practical information, menu suggestions and tips for the surrounding area.
