Each of the five bedrooms is defined by minimalist elegance and thoughtfully designed with a mix of en-suite and shared bathrooms on each floor, granting each room a distinct personality. Within its 320m² of sun-drenched living space, the villa exudes an effortless grace, where tranquility permeates every detail. The Villa comfortably welcomes up to 10 guests resting in full-sized beds and features two sofas equipped with fold-out beds, providing additional sleeping space for 2 more guests.

The villa includes a spacious living area complete with a 55’’ Smart TV, an elegant dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen • On the ground floor, you’ll find an additional shared guest restroom (w/c) • The first bedroom boasts a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) with a private en-suite bathroom • The second bedroom offers two single beds (0.80 x 2.00) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), also with an en-suite bathroom • A central staircase provides convenient access to all levels of the villa.



First Floor

A thoughtfully prepared welcome basket awaits you, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, along with fresh towels and linen, is provided every three days, while pool and garden maintenance takes place every other day • For families traveling with little ones, a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request.

Secured parking is available just outside the villa premises, with space for up to five vehicles • The residence is thoughtfully equipped with a full range of modern conveniences to meet every need: two large refrigerators and two electric stoves with ovens one set on each floor along with two Nespresso machines (using original capsules) • a microwave • kettle • sandwich maker • toaster • juice maker, and multi-function food processor • a washing machine • dryer • dishwasher • iron and ironing board • hairdryer • first aid kit • fire extinguisher • safety box and smoke detector ensuring both comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Pool/Jacuzzi Mods



The swimming pool does not contain chlorine, as it is equipped with an advanced saltwater purification system. This system uses natural salt to generate chlorine in a controlled and eco-friendly way, ensuring crystal-clear water while being gentle on the skin and eyes.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa. No shared areas!

"Flexible" check-in/-out policy means:

We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note' that early check ins are not always possible if we have guests leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 15:00-16:00pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
