Neither the company nor the property is responsible for any such interruptions or delays in restoration, as these matters are beyond their direct control. ➢ Children should be supervised by an adult. ➢ Please keep the screens (where they are installed) closed at all hours. ➢ The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by a professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge. ➢ Following the above regulation for short-term rental accommodation, the provision of additional bed linen, or their change during your stay can be provided by an extra charge and costs 5 euros per person, plus 15 euro the cost of transporting bed linen to the accommodation. This extra charge has to be paid by the customer if he orders a change. The specific service does not include the collection of used linen nor the placement of clean ones. Everything is delivered in bags, collected, and placed by the customers themselves. ➢ In cases of lost keys or the need for assistance from a professional locksmith, any related costs are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be paid on the spot.
