A convenient private parking space is also included, making your stay even more comfortable and stress free.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite and the garden with the whirlpool pool. The barbecue area is shared with the suite above. Guests also have full access to the entire Bio Pool area.

After booking, you will receive emails directly from our booking engine with all the information for check in. You will be able to upload your documents and sign the tourist rental agreement independently via the web concierge. Once your information has been submitted, you will receive the door access code.

Respecting the Suite Rules is a fundamental requirement during your stay. Violating the points listed below may result in a penalty, including the partial or full loss of the security deposit. COMPLY All guests must comply with all Suite Rules and any other instructions given by the property manager during their stay. COMMUNICATE Guests are required to inform the property manager of any discussions or complaints from neighbors as soon as possible. NO SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated ashtrays and must not be thrown on the ground. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit. CHILDREN Our property is suitable for children, but guests are fully responsible for the safety and well being of their children at all times, as well as for any behavior that may disturb the neighbors. QUIET HOURS Guests must minimize noise to avoid disturbing neighbors, especially during nighttime hours (11:00 PM 8:00 AM). PARTIES Parties and gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the property. WASTE SORTING Guests are responsible for correctly disposing of waste with recycling in mind. Waste must be placed in the appropriate containers in the kitchen, and leftovers or scraps should not be left in common areas. Proper waste management and recycling include: Organic Waste Compostable/organic Plastic Plastic and tin cans Paper Glass and aluminum cans Non recyclable Waste Everything else At the end of the stay, please take all waste to the collection center at Largo Mulinei. DOORS AND WINDOWS Whenever leaving the property, guests are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and locked, to guarantee the property s security and prevent potential damage from rain or wind. ENERGY SAVING To promote energy conservation, guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and appliances such as the television when not in use.

Spacious and bright apartment suitable for up to 5 guests, featuring a very large and luminous kitchen and living area with full lake views. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a small study corner and a bathroom. In the basement, with windows, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) and a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room also offers a one and a half sized sofa bed. The ground floor opens onto the garden, where guests have exclusive access to a heated Hot Spring whirlpool pool. From the living room, you can also access a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals in peace. Starting in summer 2024, guests at Inoltre Suite will also have access to a brand new Bio Pool, which uses a fully natural water filtration and purification system without the use of chlorine or chemical solvents.
