The Sand Suites Residence

Designed for multi-generational families or groups, the residence balances time together with the luxury of personal space, creating a relaxed yet sociable holiday setting. Its beachside location, just a short walk from the shore and close to Agios Nikolaos, makes it both convenient and highly desirable.

The property offers exclusive use of seven individually appointed suites, each providing privacy alongside shared spaces for gathering. Daily breakfast, a welcome dinner and concierge services enhance the experience, while multiple pools across the residence create ample opportunities to relax and unwind.

Please note: The Sand Suites Residence is not available for groups travelling with children under 13 years of age. Adult guests (18+) can enjoy access to the swimming pool and facilities of the neighbouring boutique hotel



This collection of suites is set across several levels, each offering its own distinct style and features. The Penthouse occupies the top floor, with a sitting area, two sofa beds and an indoor hydromassage plunge pool. On the second floor, The Nest is a mezzanine suite with a plunge pool on the balcony, while Breeze and Wave are located on the first floor, the former with a balcony plunge pool and the latter with an indoor hydromassage plunge pool - both not suitable for guests under 18.

On the ground floor, Coral features a sitting room with board games, a sofa bed and a private pool, while Pearl also offers a private pool of the same size. Oasis provides a more compact option with a smaller private pool, completing this varied and well-appointed selection.
