Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including two balconies (approximately 5 square metres and 2.5 square metres); one overlooks Corso Santa Anastasia and is furnished with a small table and chairs.
A storage room for cleaning supplies and linens is reserved for staff and is not accessible. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

Other things to keep in mind
The building does not have an lift, but there is a stair lift that facilitates access even for people with limited mobility.
Small and medium-sized pets are allowed upon request; guests will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs.
This accommodation is also ideal during Vinitaly for those who wish to stay in the city centre and easily walk to restaurants, bars, and major points of interest.
Early check-in may be available upon request during Vinitaly week, subject to cleaning requirements and availability.
The electrical and heating systems have been recently updated to ensure greater comfort and safety.
In accordance with Verona City regulations, the tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night (for a maximum of 4 nights) is not included in the booking price and will be collected at check-in.
