The Space:

The living areas in the lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric fire, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite basin and WC, and a twin, along with a family shower room. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around veranda with furniture, a hot tub and storage, and off-road parking for one car with additional parking on-site. Within 2.3 miles you will find a shop and on-site, you will find a pub, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Long View Lodge is a dreamy escape for a Northumberland break.

Felton is a charming village in rural Northumberland, between Morpeth and Alnwick. With its famous Garden, Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden, Alnwick is just 10 miles away. The castle is also the setting for the "Harry Potter" films' Hogwarts School! Miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles, and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands are all available nearby. Overall, a great base for exploring Northumberland's Heritage Coastline.
