Courtyard View consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, dining seating and a TV with WiFi. The bedrooms comprise a super-king-size zip/link (can be twin on request), a king-size and a double. There is a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a separate cloakroom with basin and WC, plus a useful utility room. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a courtyard with furniture and an enclosed patio with a hot tub, alongside ample designated off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. A shop is 4.6 miles away and a river is 0.6 miles away. All of this makes Courtyard View a superb choice for a relaxing stay in the Derbyshire Dales.Please note: Courtyard View is located within a working arable farm.The property itself is fully gated and accessed via a private, tarmac driveway, with the approach extending approximately half a mile from the main road. Note: children do need to be supervised due to the farm location. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £350
