Sea Fern House - 36 consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining seating for six guests, and a first-floor sitting room with Juliette balcony and Smart TV. There are three bedrooms, a second-floor super-king-size with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, a first-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, and a ground-floor twin serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside, there is enclosed rear garden with lawn, and patio and off-road parking for 2 cars. One small/medium dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and pub and within 1.5 miles a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sea Fern House - 36B a delightful base for exploring the coast of Dorset. Note: This property cannot accept back to back bookings over the Christmas period, please contact Sykes to discuss further. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP.



The Neighborhood:

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
