Details about the house:On the ground floor, the cottage welcomes you with an inviting entrance hall and stairs to the first floor. Here you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a bright and spacious kitchen-dining room and a cozy living room with access to a lovely terrace on one side and a view of the golf course and Åsendrup Banesti on the other. From the kitchen there is access to a large and cozy loft with the possibility of two extra sleeping places. The first floor impresses with a pitched ceiling and a fantastic view. Bed distribution: Bedrooms 1 and 2: Double beds. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the loft. The holiday home is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Outdoor area:The cottage has an ideal location in Løkken and offers the opportunity for both relaxation and activity. You can enjoy the peace and, for example, spend time playing golf or relaxing on one of the house's two terraces - one on the ground floor by the front door, the other on the first floor with access from the cozy living room. If you want to go into town to shop, eat out or take a ride in the waves, everything is within approx. 700 meters. There are also shopping facilities and public transport within walking distance - only 600 meters away. Løkken offers plenty of experiences for both children and adults, including a swimming pool, paddle tennis, fitness center, action house, candy factory and beautiful nature trails. A little outside the city you will also find the popular Jambo Feriepark and Fårup Sommerland.Important note - • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
