The Space:

Bothi is a lovely, modern barn conversion situated in the village of Llanuwchllyn near to the town of Bala in the Snowdonia National park in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in a double bedroom and has a shower room, with a basin and WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of white a fitted kitchen and an area for dining, and a sitting room with TV. To the outside of the cottage is a patio with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. The area is perfect for keen walkers and cyclists, and the nearby river means that fishing can be organised on prior arrangement from the owner. Note: £50 additional charge for use of the hot tub, payable directly to the owner a week before the holiday is due to start (from January 2027, the hot tub charge will increase to £60)

The traditional Welsh village of Llanuwchllyn is situated 5 miles from the popular town of Bala. The village offers a pub, shop, a petrol station, but is best known as the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The bustling market town of Bala is nearby and lies within the Snowdonia National Park, Bala’s famous lake which is the largest natural lake in Wales. It is renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing.
