The Space:

The Cottage at Ty Newydd is a wonderful home consisting of a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and two TVs (one of the TVs is a Smart TV). The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue, an acre of enclosed lawned paddock for children to play safely, or to exercise dogs. along with ample off-road parking. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.9 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog (second dog for additional fee) but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and stairgate available on request. Enjoy a refreshing getaway to North Wales at The Cottage at Ty Newydd. Please note: the first basket of logs for the woodburning stove is free, and any additional logs will be £7 per basket. Please note: This property accepts bookings with a minimum duration of 3 nights



The Neighborhood:

A small village nestled on the banks of the Menai Straits on the Isle of Anglesey. Brynsiencyn is small yet delightful, hosting a shop, Post Office, a lovely village pub, a cafe and a takeaway. The village boasts some incredible views towards the delightful town of Caernarfon over the Menai Straits and even the dominant Snowdonia Mountain Range in the distance. There is plenty to do on the thriving island of Anglesey, the popular attractions of Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Farm are just a stones throw away, apart from this there are tonnes of spectacular beaches and history to be discovered. The tourist destinations of Beaumaris, Bangor and Caernarfon are all nearby and are all well worth a visit.
