Summary:

This welcoming, detached cottage in Benllech, Anglesey, sleeps five people in three bedrooms a stone's throw from the beach and amenities of Benllech.



The Space:

Three first floor bedrooms sleeping 5 guests, one with an en-suite, and a separate shower room and ground floor bathroom. Open plan living area. Kitchen, dining area, lounge, utility room. Four off road parking spaces for cars/ boats. Enclosed lawned garden with raised patio, furniture, sea views. Gas c/heating. Elec oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. TV/ Freeview. WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars/boats. Enclosed lawn garden with patio, decking and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome and dishwasher at a supplement of £20 per pet per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 4 mins walk. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings with reduced head-height to sides. Note: Open-tread stairs, young children to be supervised. Note: Small terraced drop in rear garden, adults and children to take care. Note: Please do take extra care on the decking in inclement/wet weather. Please note:External drainage work is scheduled on site for one week starting 7th November for one week (No access to the property will be required during this time).



The Neighborhood:

Benllech has a beautiful long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafes front the beach with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
