First of all, fantastic location. Just a short 10 minute walk to the Fish Market but just away from the business of the downtown area. Right on the water of the bay! Gorgeous views. Very modern, up-to-date apartments. Mathias was very communicative and we had no issues. He also gave us an extra check out hour. Would highly recommend this place and location.

We paid for the penthouse and they told us the day of move in that we needed to have a different place that was less nice. They did give us a second bathroom, but that shower did not work. I asked for a discount and they said they would get back to me. We are 5 days after checkout and they have not replied to my request and multiple follow ups.
