Nice villa with its stand for 2 to 5 people, located in the leeward coast in the heights of Caribbean Rocks in the town of POINTE NOIRE, about 40 km from the airport and 49 km from Le Gosier. Beautifully decorated, breathtaking views of the open sea, green surroundings and restaurants, (10mn by car) acomat jump, Deshaies white sand beach, botanical garden, at Malendure Bouillante Cousteau Reserve. Near (5 minutes walk) from the Caribbean cove, diving center
 The kiosk extends the house on the outside, from lunch to dinner you can take all your meals.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very clean and well equipped with a beautiful view of the sea. It was a great location from which to explore Basse-Terre. Guylaine was a wonderful host! We arrived on Sunday when pretty much everything was closed and Guylaine brought us dinner from the family restaurant. I absolutely recommend staying here!

My wife and I visited Guylaine's villa in early December 2018. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the premises and attention given to small details: safety kit in bathroom; cleaning supplies/equipment supplied; most adequately furnished kitchen we have ever experienced, Weber charcoal barbecue, quality lounge chairs, etc.. A lot of thought has gone into putting this Villa together to make it as comfortable as possible for the guest without scrimping on quality i.e.: quality of bed linen (properly sized and of good thread count); well designed outdoor patio that offers protection from the elements without jeopardizing the fantastic view of the ocean. The choice of furnishings/decor overall reflects a refined sense of taste. Add to this the wonderful view with adjacent access to a beautiful rock strewn beach (Anse Caraibe) that is serviced by restaurants, public washrooms (rare) and picnic shelters. All one's service needs for groceries, pastries, etc. can be met within a 5 minute drive in Pte. Noire. Add to the foregoing qualities the very professional and welcoming attitude of Guylaine and Elodie who made themselves available as needed without being intrusive and quick to pick up on any of our comments/preferences. My wife and I have traveled extensively in the West Indies, and Central America and this sejour ranks right up there in terms of overall satisfaction. My only regret is that we didn't book our entire stay in this Villa: we were under the impression that to see the whole island you should plan different gites on both Basse Terre and Grande Terre due to heavy traffic in/around Pte. a Pitre. However, we found that in the 10 days we were in Guadeloupe this was more than enough to see/do in Basse Terre and this location was very well located to facilitate daily trips. We stayed on the ground floor apartment which was equipped with two bedrooms, living room, large kitchen, and large foyer. The second story contains a larger apartment that can accommodate six persons. We hope to return with our adult children and their partners to enjoy a family vacation in the near future: the perfect location and facility for such an endeavor. Thank-you Guylaine and Elodie for generosity and sincerity. It is people like you who represent the tourist industry with the correct attitude/approach. We hope to see you again someday! Incroyable ! N’hésitez pas !

Mme Guylaine et sa fille Élodie sont tout simplement parfaites !! Bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Elles nous ont accueillis directement à la propriété, nous ont tout expliqués et ont répondu à nos questions. Il y avait même quelques cadeaux pour faciliter notre arrivée (bouteille d’eau, fruits locaux, café). Le logement était très propre et exactement comme sur les photos.La vue des couchers de soleil est magnifique ! Nous avons eu un petit soucis nécessitant une visite chez le médecin et Mme Guylaine nous a aidé à en trouver un à proximité. N’hésitez surtout pas !

Bel appartement avev vue magnifique

La plage à proximité immediate avec agences de plongée, snorkeling, ...et restaurants. La proprietaire, Guilaine, est aux petits soins et ses flans coco sont sublimes. Son conseil de nous rendre au carnaval à pied etait judicieux. Nous avons visité de Malendure à Ste Rose . Nous recommandons.

Schöne Ferienwohnung gegenüber vom Strand

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet in einem Doppelhaus mit einer oberen und unteren Wohnung. Wir hatten die untere mit schöner Terasse und Aussendusche, Liegestühle und einen großen Überdachten Tisch mit Bänken. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Man kann zu Fuß die Straße überqueren und ist am Strand Caribian Beach. Dort gibt es Restaurants und Tauchschulen. Leider nur Steinstrand. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind Klimatisiert. Die Küche ist groß und alle Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Toller Meerblick. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns leckeres essen vorbeigebracht. Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön bei ihnen.

J’ai passé cinq semaines dans ce logement de l’Anse Caraibe, il mérite parfaitement l’appréciation de 5 étoiles. Comme noté par beaucoup d’autres, il est spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé, très sécure, bien localisé pour visiter la partie Basse Terre de la Guadeloupe. La vue sur la mer depuis le carbet est magnifique. Seul petit bémol, la plage de l’Anse Caraibe n’est pas super, beaucoup de cailloux, très peu de sable. L’ambiance de la plage est cependant sympathique avec une clientèle plutôt locale et familiale et des petites prestations de musique créole (Gwo Ka) le dimanche soir. Il y a cependant de très jolies plages en allant vers le nord, les petites plages de Petite Anse et de Leroux, la plage de Clugny et évidemment la belle grande plage de Grande Anse. Il est préférable d’avoir une voiture, le transport local n’est pas bien organisé pour des déplacements sur des longues distances. Il ne faut absolument pas manquer une visite au Mémorial ACTe (Musée traitant de la traite des Noirs et de l’esclavage jusqu’à nos jours). Ce qui est surtout extraordinaire, c’est la grande gentillesse et disponibilité de toute la petite famille Maricel (Guylaine, Nestor et Élodie) pour régler les petits problèmes qui peuvent survenir. Je recommande fortement ce logement à quiconque recherche le confort et la fiabilité. Jean-Louis Québec (Canada)

Das Appartment ist modern, sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Ausblick über das Meer. Mehrere Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung (am Anse Caraibe), mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen knapp 5 Minuten. Guylaine und ihre Tochter waren wunderbare Gastgeber, die Kommunikation hat - trotz geringer Sprachhemmnisse unsererseits - reibungslos funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Accueil très chaleureux. Guylaine, la gérante et sa famille sont très à l’écoute. Petit souci de réception TV mais Guylaine nous a proposé une solution alternative et une compensation. Beau patio et vue magnifique sur la mer.

Sehr gutes Angebot

Nach unseren Erfahrungen mit Ferienwohnungen war die Überraschung groß, als wir Guylaines Appartement betraten: sehr (!!) sauber, ausgestattet mit Möbeln und Dekor, die Geschmack verraten und nicht irgendwie zusammengestellt wurden. Die Küche - wir haben sie allerdings nur zur Bereitung des Frühstücks benutzt - ist umfassend ausgestattet, der Geschirrschrank enthält alle notwendigen Utensilien. Die Herzlichkeit von Guylaine und Elodie bringt zum Ausdruck, wie sehr ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn nur die Reise nicht so lang wäre. Seht die Bilder an, sie sind eine gute Darstellung des Angebots.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très bien équipée, propre et avec une vue extraordinaire de la terrasse couverte idéale pour les repas.
