The spacious living room is the natural gathering place, with a dining area and a comfortable sofa corner. The house has 2 TVs with many channels (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German) as well as access to several streaming services, so there is entertainment for the whole family.

The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare anything from breakfast to dinner. The house also has a good bathroom, and the practical facilities make it ideal for both short and longer stays.

Outside, you’ll find a large lawn with plenty of room for ball games and play. There is a sandbox, trampoline, outdoor table tennis and darts. Relax on two terraces with garden furniture, and in the evening fire up the barbecue and enjoy dinner outdoors.

The area is perfect for a holiday, with everything close by. The beach is approx. 800 m away and shops approx. 300 m away. Within walking distance you’ll also find cafés, restaurants and mini golf, making it easy to combine relaxation with activities.

Great day trips include Sommerland Sjælland, Anneberg and the Nykøbing Sjælland State Hospital Museum. The house also offers a carport and space for several cars in the driveway.
