The house has an open and social layout where the kitchen and dining area are connected. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Next to it is the dining area with plenty of space for shared dinners. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day by the sea. There is also a fireplace that adds an extra cozy atmosphere during cooler days. The house has two bedrooms as well as a sofa in the living room that is suitable for children to sleep on. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed (note: the bunk bed is 190 cm long). The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Outside, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill, perfect for long summer evenings. The large plot offers plenty of space for both play and relaxation. You stay in a quiet area close to swimming, nature, and beautiful walking paths. For those who enjoy fishing, there are good opportunities nearby.

Svanesund is a pleasant coastal community on eastern Orust with close proximity to both the sea and nature. Here you can enjoy swimming from both beaches and cliffs, go fishing, take walks along the water, or explore the surroundings by bike. Nearby there are restaurants and services, including a well-stocked grocery store. The ferry from Svanesund easily takes you to the mainland. On Orust, there are several popular excursion destinations such as Gullholmen and Käringön, and on Tjörn you will find Skärhamn with the Nordic Watercolour Museum as well as Pilane Sculpture Park. For those who want to make a day trip, Gothenburg is about one hour away by car.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.
