Villa CaBrandano is set among the gentle hills of Montefeltro, on the border between Marche and Emilia-Romagna, like a retreat surrounded by nature where history and comfort come together. The restored farmhouse, featuring a private bio-pool, welcomes guests into a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for moments of relaxation and togetherness.

THE SPACE

The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests and is made up of 3 apartments spread over two floors, designed for families or groups of friends.

The interiors are spacious and filled with natural light. The main living room enjoys stunning views over the valley and the bio-pool, and includes a Smart TV and relaxation area. The fully equipped kitchens are convivial spaces, perfect for cooking together or hosting shared dinners and cooking classes.

The bedrooms are cozy and well cared for, offering a total of 6 beds plus a sofa bed. The 6 bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Baby cots can be added on request.

Outside, the garden with its bio-pool is the heart of the villa: a place to relax, swim, and enjoy the landscape among olive trees and sunset views over the hills.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and private parking for convenience and safety.

Pets are welcome upon request and with a supplement; guests are kindly asked to take care of their pets’ needs during their stay.

Katia and the Yohome team are happy to suggest local experiences such as fresh pasta classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

THE AREA

The villa is located in the Montefeltro hills, in a strategic position between Marche and Emilia-Romagna. The UNESCO-listed town of Urbino is close by, while Pesaro (Italian Capital of Culture 2024) is about 30 minutes away.

The area offers many historic villages, hiking and mountain biking trails, and easy access to the Adriatic coast in about 30 minutes.

GETTING AROUND

A car is the most convenient way to explore the area. Pesaro is about 25 minutes away, Urbino 40 minutes, Gradara 30 minutes, and San Marino around 50 minutes.

The nearest train stations are Pesaro and Cattolica, with connections to major Italian cities.

The closest airports are Rimini (about 50 minutes) and Ancona (about 1 hour and 15 minutes).
